| I open all my Hot Wheels cars. I don't intend on selling them, so why should I care? It's much more fun handling them out of the package. Besides, the blister was already cracked. | |

| So here's the Hot Wheels Collector's official website "apology" car. 5040 of these were made total, sent only to those who'd ordered and received the HWC's Rodger Dodger. From what I gather, a lot of the Rodger Dodgers arrived mangled because of poor packaging. This car was to make up for that. | |
